COMPLAINTS

Thankfully we get very few complaints, in 2015 we had just 6 complaints to head office out of a total of nearly 24,000 transactions. However if you are not happy for any reason

Please return to or call the local centre manager in the first instance where they will attempt to resolve your issue quickly and efficiently. contact numbers are listed above.

If you are unable to resolve the issue locally please contact us by email at the head office address above listing your details, the vehicle number, the invoice number and a telephone number that we can contact you on.

In the unlikely event that we are unable to agree a resolution to your complaint we will refer you to the Independant Garage Association resolution service in the first instance as they are acknowledged experts in vehicle repairs, Where we cannot resolve any complaints using our own complaints procedure, as a Which? Trusted trader we use Dispute Resolution Ombudsman for dispute resolution. In the unlikely event of a complaint arising and you wish to refer the complaint to them please contact 0333 241 3209 or via their website.

MOT complaints are handled by the local DVSA office, the details of which are listed on the MOT notice board at each centre. A completed appeal form VT17 will be required by DVSA . these forms can be obtained from any MOT test centre or downloaded from the internet.
